Description:
This is full backport of upstream r8169 driver for RHEL5.5. It includes
many more/less important fixes and also support for new chipsets based
on 8168D that are unsupported in RHEL5.4.

Upstream status:
Backported from current Linus's tree

Test status:
Tested by myself on my local NICs and also tested by customer.
