Subject: [xen] virtio: do not statically allocate root device

O-Subject: [RHEL5.4 PATCH 3/3] [virtio] do not statically allocate root device
Bugzilla: 501468
RH-Acked-by: Prarit Bhargava <prarit@redhat.com>

We shouldn't be statically allocating the root device object, so
dynamically allocate it using root_device_register() instead.

This avoids this warning from 'rmmod virtio_pci':

Device 'virtio-pci' does not have a release() function, it is broken and must be fixed

The patch is a backport of this 2.6.29 commit
