Bugzilla: 308531

If a user can open a Phillips webcam (pwc), he/she can block khubd
from proceeding and recognizing newly plugged USB devices.
This is a rather artificial scenario, but it has its CVE number,
it was reported against RHEL, and the fix is a good patch anyway.
