Changelog: [scsi] SATA RAID 150-4/6 do not support 64-bit DMA

This patch is a straightforward backport of the upstream commit

http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commitdiff_plain;h=8741ca71a3f626a56595b88200ebf952ce77ceef

to disable 64-bit DMA for some megaraid devices that are known not to
support it.
