Hi,
an upstream patch - http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commit;h=94cf6ba11b
which was included in RHEL5.2 + RHEL4.7 caused by a group of our customers kernel panic
(systems with this issue don't even start).

The original patch itself was introduced to fight another driver failure with
Dell PowerEdge Expandable RAID Controller 3/Di, so we shouldn't remove the whole patch.

This patch removes the quirk for drivers with problems reported.
Our customers successfully tested this patch.

It is a regression and an adept for Z-Stream.
