2001-04-23:
	VideoInfo class remade and is now purely static. The
	SDL_VideoInfo struct is now updated when the video subsystem
	is initialized and when Display::SetVideoMode is called.

2001-04-22:
	Completely wrapped all event related functions.

2001-04-20:
	Started a news file. Previous highlights include: Project now
	live on SourceForge, wrote a very nice event handling system.
