<h2>Performance</h2>
<p>
<span class="emphasis"><em>ksigma</em></span> -- scales the spread of the distribution.
</p>
<p>
<span class="emphasis"><em>ktau</em></span> -- if greater than one, numbers near <span class="emphasis"><em>ksigma</em></span> are favored. If smaller than one, small values are favored. If t equals 1, the distribution is exponential. Outputs only positive numbers.
