Returns the arctangent of <span class="emphasis"><em>iy/ix</em></span>, <span class="emphasis"><em>ky/kx</em></span>, or <span class="emphasis"><em>ay/ax</em></span>. If <span class="emphasis"><em>y</em></span> is zero, <span class="emphasis"><em>taninv2</em></span> returns zero regardless of the value of <span class="emphasis"><em>x</em></span>. If <span class="emphasis"><em>x</em></span> is zero, the return value is:
