<p>
<span class="emphasis"><em>wsigin</em></span> -- the input spectra.
</p>
<p>
Accumulates the values of successive spectral frames. At each new frame of <span class="emphasis"><em>wsigin</em></span>, the accumulations-to-date in each magnitude track are written to the output spectrum. This unit thus provides a running <span class="emphasis"><em>histogram</em></span> of spectral distribution.
