<p>
Derived from Robin Whittle's <span class="emphasis"><em>printk</em></span>, prints a new value of <span class="emphasis"><em>kvar</em></span> each time <span class="emphasis"><em>kvar</em></span> changes. Useful for monitoring MIDI control changes when using sliders.
