<p>
This function causes all outstanding asynchronous read or write operations
to finish immediately, and the handlers for cancelled operations will
be passed the <code class="computeroutput"><span class="identifier">asio</span><span class="special">::</span><span class="identifier">error</span><span class="special">::</span><span class="identifier">operation_aborted</span></code> error.
