The Latvian dictionary for aspell is based on myspell-lv.

The myspell word list was passed through "aspell clean"
to remove inapplicable affix flags.   A handful of 
incorrect affixes were commented out (with '^#KPS');
none of these appears to apply to any words in the 
present word list.
