The description of CCD reductions is divided into four parts. 
Section&nbsp;<A HREF="node442.html#introduction1">B.1.1</A> describes the ideas behind the relative calibration
of 2-dimensional photometric CCD-images. 

<P>
Section&nbsp;<A HREF="node444.html#reduction-steps">B.1.3</A> gives a description of the steps required to
perform a relative calibration of the CCD and discusses the various MIDAS
commands that are available to perform the required operations. 
Section&nbsp;<A HREF="node450.html#examples-and-hints">B.1.9</A> provides some examples of typical reduction
scenarios. 
Section&nbsp;<A HREF="node453.html#ccd-commands-summary">B.1.10</A> is a summary of the relevant commands. 

<P>
The procedures described in the manual will yield CCD-frames whose pixel
values represent relative flux from one to the other. In order to proceed to
calibrate the images in terms of magnitudes requires further steps not
detailed here.
