- Small cleanup in php package
- Fixed xmlrpc_epi compilation putting proper header ( Patch16 ).
- Normalize epochs. Every subpackage had a different epoch and the cascading
caracteristic of rpm are affecting the subsequent subpackages. Now all
packages follow the uniq epoch set.
- Add unixODBC as main odbc for pdo.
- removed invalid ( non existent ) options in configure:
--with-flatfile, --with-inifile, --enable-spl, --enable-track-vars
--enable-trans-sid, --enable-memory-limit, --with-versioning
- php now uses system regex to avoid define conflicts
- devel package is now requiring only proper libs
