Used to check for read/write/execute permissions on an inode.
We use <span class="quote">“<span class="quote">fsuid</span>”</span> for this, letting us set arbitrary permissions
for filesystem access without changing the <span class="quote">“<span class="quote">normal</span>”</span> uids which
are used for other things.
