Support of Broadcom HT1100 chipset - add new PCI ID

Description:
The module has been enabled in 2.6.18-78.el5, rhbz#424531
and this patch adds the new PCI ID.

Upstream:
Patch will be merged in 2.6.30.

Testing:
Customer has applied the patch manually and reports that it works.
They are now doing the following below to work around:
